An innovative plan, by and for community and women’s groups, social and cultural non-profit organizations, to help generate a decent income in retirement.
The Régime de retraite à financement salarial des groupes communautaires et de femmes (RRFS-GCF) is a multi-employer sectoral retirement plan that offers income security in retirement through a guaranteed life annuity. It is intended for both small and large non-profit organizations. It carries no financial risk for the employer and adapts to the financial realities of the organizations.
Launched in October 2008, it has over 1000 employers members across Quebec. Joining the RRFS-GCF means offering more attractive working conditions that improve staff retention, in addition to recognizing the work performed by individuals in these organizations.

Participants
Use this tool to estimate the future annuity of the Régime de retraite des groupes communautaires et de femmes. Enter the accumulated annuity, gross annualized income and the group’s contribution rate. It is also possible to generate different scenarios by adding personal savings and/or modifying the retirement age.
