- Exchanges must take place in French. Certain technical terms and/or responses may be provided in English at the discretion of the Régime de retraite des groupes communautaires et de femmes
- Users must comply with applicable laws, including the Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms, the Civil Code of Québec, the Criminal Code, the Copyright Act and legislation concerning intellectual property

- The plan reserves the right to remove any comment or publication deemed inappropriate
- The plan and the staff responsible for managing messages are not responsible for the contents of external sites reached through hyperlinks
- The plan reserves the right to modify this netiquette or to close one of its social media accounts or digital platforms without notice
